Wonderful Creative Agency, have further confirmed their positioning as one of the UK’s leading Digital Transformation agencies, driven by their multi-disciplined competencies in technology, digital and creative. Having already established their position by winning the Computing Digital Technology Leaders Award for ‘Digital Transformation of the Year’ earlier this year, Wonderful were bestowed ‘Runners Up’ in the coveted ‘Digital Transformation’ category at this year’s ‘Wirehive 100’ digital industry awards, which celebrate the very best agencies in the South of England.
Wirehive explain what the category entails:
Much talked about but hard to deliver, genuine digital transformation is one of the biggest impacts and agency can have on a client’s business. This is about more than technology. Judges are looking for evidence of an agency’s role in changing customer experience, product delivery, internal processes and employee mindset.
Although hoping for another win, featuring as Runners Up in a category featuring incredibly stiff competition is still further endorsement of Wonderful’s position as Digital Transformation leaders. In addition to this specific award, Wonderful also moved up the Wirehive 100 list, entering the Top 30 Agencies in the league table, demonstrating the business’ ambition, and growth achieved in the past year.
Speaking of the award results, Managing Director Dan Maudhub explained the company’s approach to implementing technology for business growth:
We consider ourselves a partner who truly understands the impact technology can have on a business, and through following the fundamental framework and pillars upon which digital transformation is delivered, organisations can leverage the benefits of embracing new technologies to deliver improved customer experiences and operational efficiencies which, ultimately, deliver enhanced profitability and fuel business growth.
For the project entered into the awards, a heritage market-leading brand in its centenary year was in much need of a technology overhaul that would identify them as the leader in their field, as well as incorporating a sophisticated eCommerce and reporting platform that would improve their sales process in order to compete with growing pressure from multinational brands in the space – brands which were perceived to already be on their own digital transformation journeys. Wonderful developed a bespoke infrastructure build, which delivered a fresh-looking customer-facing visual presence online, but technologically evolved to facilitate a full overhaul of their sales process, stock management and integration with legacy internal systems. The fusion of creativity and advanced technology has given the client the means to compete with other major brands and increase their share of voice within the industry, while retaining their heritage; all achieved whilst delivering against the Customer Experience, Operational Agility & Digital Technology pillars of digital transformation.
Wonderful have delivered numerous other digital transformation projects, recently culminating in two exciting PoC (Prop Tech) products in the Real Estate and Recruitment industries, which have already started to deliver truly lasting organisational change for the respective clients; and have contributed to Wonderful’s positioning in the Wirehive 100 awards.
Wonderful’s specialism in this field has certainly been executed in this, and numerous other examples, delivering insight and experience which has culminated in their recent release of a Whitepaper titled: “Why Digital Transformation is the lifeblood of Business Growth for ambitious SMEs.” which is available for download now on the company’s website.
The agency will also be hosting a Kent-based event on Wednesday 30th October as part of their ‘Scale or Fail’ programme for start-up and scale-up companies looking to take their business to the next level through creative brand, tech and marketing strategies. The event, held in partnership with Metro Bank will be held at the bank’s Maidstone store. The Wonderful & Metro Bank speakers will be joined by the Founder of Kent-based success story, Copper Rivet Distillery, who will be sharing the company’s scale-up journey. The event is also set to be an unrivalled networking opportunity.
